Bleed Women Pads Images

From stew to the menu

The other night I decided to concoct a vegetarian bolognese sauce for my tribe of hungry. Obviously I do not tell them that j'escamote chopped meat for a nice big block of tofu.
I return an onion, cut very small pieces of carrots, celery, yellow peppers and red, all the same size to create a beautiful visual harmony in the pot. I'll blow mushrooms in a little garlic (that tastier), add a large can of canned tomatoes and finally j'émiette tofu so that it passes unnoticed. It looks like it snowed in the sauce. It's very gratifying and very seasonal.
I let it simmer for a few hours ...

Before leave for a moment, I warn my husband that dinner is almost ready and the only thing to do is cook pasta ... that's all. Pasta, sauce. And dinner is ready.
Upon my return, the house smells of a delicious promise. I entered the kitchen, hungry and eager to taste the sauce sumptuous.

sauce ... where's my sauce?

The pot is always on the plate but my sauce packed with vegetables bobbed was replaced by a uniform pinkish magma and studded with small white dots, tofu!

- What happened?
- I have not found the meat
- Well no, I told you I put tofu instead
- I thought it was feta
- Why is everything floss?
- For the feta melts properly
- But it's not feta, tofu is
- Yes, but now there's more pieces and children do not like the pieces in the soup, you know
- But it's not soup, it's the sauce %?&*$/ "
- Do not worry, the taste is the same
- Ah, the taste is the same? Okay, do you spoil yourself!

Thursday in pasta, lasagna Friday, Saturday with the omelet ... Unleash the flavor, invest in a blender is so much cheaper!
