The OFPPT launches free skills training in the trades of offshoring in collaboration with the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers (CNAM) - Paris, in the following sectors:
- Administrator Database;
- Park Administrator PC
- Personnel Officer;
- Offshore Accounting Standards and International French;
- Production Designer JAVA J2EE Developer
- on Mainframe Systems;
- Operator Sales and Client Service Offshore ;
- Help Desk Technician, Technician
- LAN WAN (Cisco) Certified Network Technician
- ;
- Advisor TV Call Centers.
The training duration is 6 months.
Candidates interested must have:
- Bac +2 or equivalent education, public or private
- -Levels for the sector TSR Call Center
Many of these courses are awarded a certificate of CNAM-Paris
